That they think it’s “civil” war, and not “war”, is part of their problem. You can’t have a civil war with people from another country.

When people say, “it’s LIKE a civil war” you’d think the alarm bells would be going off. It’s NOT “LIKE” a war, IT IS a war. You’d better start figuring out whom is at war with you pretty quickly or you deserve the consequences.
