Congress simply has a vote to declare all Obamas unconstitutional EOs null and void and he will cease and desist and he will enforce the laws as written.
By refusing to cease and desist he, Obama, will declare himself in open insurrection against the govt. of the US.
Anyone that continues to support the jug eared clown will declare themselves in open insurrection against the govt of the US, including members of the military.
VP Biden assumes the power of the Presidency unless he supports Obama, then the power of the Presidency goes to the Speaker of the House Ryan.
This is where the 2nd Amendment and “well regulated militia” comes in.
Congress then calls forth the militia, the people, to suppress the rebellion against the govt. and remove the jug eared clown and any and all of his supporters in the insurrection from positions of power.
The governors of the states then send representatives of the militia to arrest Obama and his supporters.
Obama supporters want to put up a fight, President Biden or Ryan then has command of the military and can use the military against them.
