Last time I was in London I could not find any small affordable hotels that were Anglo owned. Not a one
Try Richmond high street or Ham.

Fawlty Towers perhaps?
Same problem here.
I've been to a few motels in the last few years. Every one we've been to was run by E. Indians except one.
That one was a Holiday Inn on the south side of the Potomac in DC. That one was run by Muslims. Every employee we saw was wearing some form of Muslim garb.
“Last time I was in London I could not find any small affordable hotels that were Anglo owned. Not a one”.........
Guess you are not traveling in the U.S. much as MANY of the smaller, affordable hotel/motels are not owned by Anglos either. Our gubmint helps these minorities take ownerships.
The hotel I stayed at in London in September offered prayer rugs as an amenity.
For the 6,987,543rd time, London is NOT England or the UK. And there ARE plenty of UK chain and independent normal price hotels in London.
