It’s been a while since I read the The Art of War. But what I best recall is the tactic of never fully constraining one’s enemy; so to avoid his greatest effort for survival.

What part of Britain? And I mean aside from those that continue to view the island as different parts, not just England, Scotland and Wales but also Cornwall and other more vague divisions (thanks to the EU).
Nobody doubts that there are tough and principled people ready to defend the island as there are tough, principled people here. But they aren’t the leadership of the nation, which like in the USA is effete.
And if you say “put a sock in it”, then you’re trying to cover something up. With all due respect. There are other ways to defend against mistaken opinions.
