Two 30 day physche evals state he is a Sociopath, they are a unstable lot. Maybe it’s just my own fear. But I take no chances. And I lived to close to Memphis, even moving to the next county is still to close. But was not going to get hubby to move further as he has to have access to the Navy Base in Millington, TN.

He knew he had a Mama Grizzly on his hands in me. I’m Highlander Scot stock with a lot more stubborn racial mixes thrown in.
I fought every one of those 6 parole hearings and won. I fight dirty. I learned the stats and used them. When we walked into the second hearing I took 2 State Reps and a State Senator with me. All you could hear in the prison hall was VIP in building. Our head of TN Parole board was married to a State Rep. She has since passed on, he still sits as head of the parole board. Said in plain language he could control recidivism rates just by choosing who he let out. Begged me to let the POS go to a half way house for the last 6 months. I refused, made him serve out every blasted day I could.
Not really a story thread on FR, I did post a parole hearing notice to get letters sent in a couple of times.
This was a small town, a little newspaper. I had more press when we formed groups, and fought for Victims State Constitutional Rights and won. We bounced 1 Liberal Anti-DP State Supreme Court justice. Penny White, when we went after Adolpho Burch, he screamed racism while we knew he was just anti-DP. Ms. White was white, he was black. Both DEM and Dem appointed.
