God knows his own... doesn't mean we should have to pay for them in the mean time nature AND God is cruel but fair
They would just die, such is their body’s dependence upon it. Believe it or not, I’ve seen some of these horrible cases go from that state into functioning, productive humans. It’s nothing short of a miracle. Almost without exception, it is because they turn their life over to God.
