HIALEAH, Fla. - Jeb Bush and his supporters still have a pile of money to spend - remnants of $100 million raised when he seemed early this year to be a sure bet. They have an expansive ground operation in New Hampshire. And allies have just began a new ad campaign in Iowa.
But nothing they have tried so far has lifted Mr. Bush's terrible poll numbers. And with just four weeks remaining until voting begins, Mr. Bush needs to do something to save his candidacy.
It may be too late: Other campaigns appear to have counted him out altogether. But, in extensive interviews over the past week, aides and key allies to Mr. Bush described a long-shot plan to pull off what seems all but impossible - winning the Republican nomination for president. The plan has six elements:

You mean Trump/Cruz?
This reads less like an article and more like Bush campaign propaganda.
Even though GWB is a Bush, there was something about him that made people like him. When he came to my city in 2000 to give a speech during the campaign, I shook his hand. He was very confident and sure of himself.
Jeb has NONE of these attributes. Part of the reason why Trump is leading is because he's an alpha male.
You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still Jeb Bush.
With the help of Hindsight, I see the Bush’s as
Not real conservatives
Read my lips, no new taxes, and then raising them.
GW spent too much for a Republican.
The Bush’s ignored our own energy assets and developing them because they have always been bought by the Saudis and other gulf interests.
When Bush let the Bin Ladin’s leave America an he knew they were part of the 911 tragedy he put Saudi Arabia ahead of the dead Americans, I will never forget this.
The Clinton’s sold missile tech to China to Merv ICBM’s and make them accurate. The Bush’s shipped our Jobs to China saying it was great for free trade. Trump is right Fair Trade is way better than free trade.
The Bush family doesn’t care if American’s have jobs, first shipping them to China, and also allowing illegals to take the remainder of jobs China didn’t steal.
The Bush’s should never run for office, they did as much bad stuff to America as Obama
That is the face of a true intellectual. The kind of intellectual who can come up with doomsday quips like this:
“He wakes up in his pajamas and watches the TV shows on Saturday and Sunday,” Mr. Bush said Monday, at a Cuban restaurant in Hialeah, Fla. “Donald Trump is not serious about being a candidate.”
I bet Donald Trump is on sedatives and suicide watch after being destroyed like that...
“Avoid Embarrassment in Iowa”
Avoiding Embarassment is not placing any lower than 5th! Just looked at RCP and that’s a no-brainer. But he’s at 4.8% and Carson is in 4h at 9.3% and Rubio is 3rd at 12%, so fifth is about as good as it gets for Yeb! Now that’s what I call “setting realistic expectations!”
The New York Times is trying to revive the dead Jeb Bush campaign because they know Hillary will squash Jeb like a bug if he ever became the GOP nominee.
Switch to the Bolshecrat Party, run against Hitlery.
He looks uncomfortable in his own skin.
“Ha...looks pleased with himself...after dislodging a dingleberry.”
I think your talking about the wrong “end.” Dingleberries are “hangfires,” the proper term is “booger!” Then again, you may have another photo showing the other “procedure!”
The Bush howl is akin to the Dean scream - see it once and you know both have lost it completely.
Hire an army and storm the Whitehouse?
who are the dumb a$$es that even gave money to this weirdo
Maybe he could change his name to Bej?
Wow. That is one weak plan.
Maybe I’m missing something.
If I was a yeb! consultant, I'd advise only feasible goals... goals that had a chance of coming true, if yeb! does the right things (ie, pay me).
At least come in the Top 12.
