The only reason this ridiculous story made the news is that Rep. Kleefisch is married to the Lt. Governor.

And he turned himself in. This isn’t unheard of. My husband once shot 3 ducks with one shot. It happens.

As I said in my comment, this is purely political, IMO. The DNR doesn’t like the new budget. The only reason he’s being cited is that he’s married to the Lt. Governor. How can you control the spray of of shotgun?

You could very well be right. We don’t know for sure. But he did turn himself in so I guess they had to fine him. But why this had to be news is beyond me. My guess it is because he is not a dem but then again a dem most likely won’t have self reported. Bottom line is he did the right thing by reporting it.
