I used to watch as much NBA as I could. At some point it turned into thugball and Michael Jordan was allowed to walk, it became the insult to watch it. I’m with you, I don’t know who plays anymore and I don’t care.
If they made it more like hockey, that might help. Allow them to sucker punches at a thug as he takes a shot, I would watch again.
I'm an older sort, and I remember the days of John Havlicek. Those were glorious times.
Now... naw. And frankly, the NFL is starting to turn me off, too.
I don't know how bad baseball would have to get for me to turn it off. It's my lifelong passion. I quit watching for a couple of years because of the strike, but I can't stay gone forever.
