Unfortunately, there is a dark side to it. The ultimate implication of diversity is that all realities, and all experiences, and all cultures are equally valid. But that is the same as saying they are all equally invalid, which basically means that your prized individuality is actually of no moment, because by the tenets of diversity, you are no more important than anyone else.
Its a marxist philosophy, and like all marxist thinking it values equality above all else. That wouldnt be so bad, except that it proposes to achieve that equality by dragging everyone down to the same level.
Actually this is the tool Marxists use to gain power. But once they do, trust me, They will impose their one vision on everybody, there is no diversity under Marxism. Diversity is merely the took Marxists use to destroy the current order and achieve power.
