Unfortunately although this is a good thing, marriage is still destroyed thanks to gays still getting their licensees.
I think gay divorces should be against the law.
RE: marriage is still destroyed thanks to gays still getting their licensees.
That, I am afraid, is something she can do nothing about because it would require the COLLECTIVE WILLS of the electorate.
What she has done is fight for her PERSONAL rights ( and the rights of those who agree with her ).
And thats a great thing and I support her completely. But the issue is still there.
That’s what I’m thinking. WHAT VICTORY?
It shows how utterly pathetic the right is in this nation that we are reduced to this as a cause to celebrate when we blew the big game.
Yes. The equivalent of the British government removing taxes on everything but tea! !!
When a liberal group proposes something, it has already won, because there has never been a proposal from a liberal group that has not eventually been implemented, usually by fiat.
Kim Davis won the right not to be associated with homosexual marriage. All this has accomplished, however, is a societal separation. Once the "enemies" of liberalism can be separated from the rest of society, it will be easier to dispose of them.
Good for her; good for Bevin.
I voted for Bevin, first against McConnell in the senate primary, then for Governor.
The fact that gov. sanctions it as such doesn't make it any more legitimate...because today's gov. in many ways has become a a sh t sandwich in it's own right, and as such, has surrendered any legitimacy it may have had to declare ANYTHING on moral/legal ground legitimate.
Gay marriage is a fairy tale perpetrated by the same degenerates that will soon be looking to make legitimate...child porn.
...their calling is from a lower power, one that has an agenda...and resides in hell.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
What gets me is that selectively obeying laws have become sport in America.
1. Sanctuary cities define their own foreign policy.
2. States can legalize controlled substances.
3. A single judge can overturn a voter approved referendum in California.
4. Freedoms can be eliminated by declaring the elimination akin to a tax.
The argument that Bevin changed the law is moot because KY law does not allow for same sex marriage. Is it time to graduate from the ballot box yet?
RE: What gets me is that selectively obeying laws have become sport in America.
Try not paying some of your taxes selectively and let’s see what happens...
“Government officials, from the highest to the lowest, have a duty and responsibility to impartially administer the laws that exist,” Sharp said, “not the laws as they wish them to be.”
From the same folks who thrill to Zero’s EO’s.

If you want to save marriage, ALL divorce should be illegal.
Is Kim supporting Mrs. Bill for President? I haven’t heard.
One can’t speak as frankly in the USA as you have done without serious risk to his physical well-being. The American people like their sin and will not be stopped.
Sound reasoning on your part
