If you're making mashed potatoes, wait two days and then add some slivered onions, mash it all together, put LOTS of butter in a frying pan , put old mashed potatoes in it to fill the pan, mush down, cook golden brown on one side, slide the potato thingy up,add LOTS of butter to the pan, put uncooked side in pan and cook that side. You'll thank me. :-)
