Back then, there were several cases called "Arkancides," which was were likely homicides covered up as "suicides" with the aid of compliant state officials, notably the medical examiner and his office. The Foster case was similar, homicide covered up as a "suicide." The whole media business about Foster being "depressed" was concocted out of thin air to support the bogus "suicide" theory.
