The tactic needed is to stop Muslims and those from Islamic countries from entering in the first place. Allowing them in, and then attempting to put them under surveillance is really stupid. Those currently here will simply attack when they’re ready to. Unfortunately LE won’t be able to stop them.
Yeah that’s true, there’s really nothing they can do. They can scrounge for tips but if these wackos are hellbent on attacking, it wouldn’t take much to work right under the radar. The thing about NYC though, is there are sooooo many Muslims there that are right off the boat, it’s pretty scary stuff. Just take a taxi, probably 70 to 80% of the time you’ll get a Muslim born in another country as the driver. That is a LOT. And there are THOUSANDS of them driving all over that city 24/7. That’s a hell of lot of potential car bombs.
