Chinese offer ‘throne’ for first lady’s use

TOKYO DESK - Chinese authorities in Ziang have reportedly built a throne, of sorts, for the first lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton. It is a portable “regal restroom” for her use during the China trip.
According to Liz Sly who is in Beijing this week, the water closet’s $23,000 price tag even exceeds by about 30 times the average annual income of the typical worker in Beijing.

Not a “story,” but true in my experience.
Late 90’s.
Was with seven senior UK officers on an after-hours White House tour conducted by a close friend of mine (he is a srong conservative but for some unknown reason was Gore’s mil aide).
We were doing the tour thing when all of a sudden he cupped his ear-piece with his hand and then physically pushed us into the nearest room with a door - turned out to be a large closet filled with folding chairs and tables.
We were in the dark and wondering what the heck was going on, and when we tried to ask my friend he would “shhssshh” us.
There we were, in a dark closet in the White House, wondering if it was some sort of attack.
We could see a sliver of light beneath the door and we heard a muffled voice and could see several shadows pass by the room. A few moments later my friend said it was “all clear” and we left the closet.
When asked he said it was hitlery.
Hitlery has a hard rule that NO ONE is to be seen anywhere she is walking in the White House. Period. No exceptions. Everyone MUST be cleared out of the way and be invisible.
When she decides to move the SS gets on the radio and tells ALL the route she will take and to get the h#ll out of the way.
Nice way to treat our closest allies.
No kidding.
The bathroom had to be cleared . Hillary doesn’t want anyone to see her zipping her fly down and standing to pee.
She had to dodge sniper fire before dropping some bunker busters.
