So in other words, it’s whitie’s fault. Always is.
Somebody else’s fault. Whitie is the easiest to blame...because they can get away with it.
A corollary is Hillary shrieking about Trump’s tough stance on terrorism as a recruitment tool for ISIS. Libthink for cause and effect. For progressives the only people responsible for everything that goes wrong are patriots.
People scoff about the poor conditions those children go to school in, but it’s not funny and they do deserve better. The horrible people (all colors) in charge of those schools are the ones who point fingers and blame whitey or anything else, and it’s those horrible people who are the problem.
Those schools get more money per pupil than white schools, yet waste it on crap rather than anything that might be effective. The people in charge of schools need to be uniformly fired and never allowed to be near education again. Nuke it from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.
Can’t just blame home life either, parents have always been terrible. I place the blame at school administrators, and the government who uses money to pull their strings.
It was noticed, years back, that African-American children did not do as well academically as all other children. So, it was decided that African-American children tended to chew on window sills. Therefore, the lead paint in the window sills must be the factor keeping African-American children from doing well academically. A whole lead-paint-test industry has arisen in real estate circles.
You ever chew on a window sill? You ever see a child chew on a window sill?

It’s white lead’s fault; as white lead was commonly used in paint up until the 1960’s. I wonder how all those old colonial and victorian types got so smart with all that white lead paint everywhere?
