Suspended Uniformed Division Secret Service Officer Shot and Killed

Suspended Secret Service Uniformed Division Officer Arthur Baldwin was shot and killed in the District of Columbia Tuesday afternoon. The DC Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the incident.

Baldwin was put on suspended status after he was arrested and charged with first degree attempted burglary and destruction of property last April. In that incident, police officers responded to a call that a burglary was taking place in a home in Southeast DC. Officers at the scene found the front door kicked in with the hinges broken, according to court documents. A woman whom police said was "observed crying, shaking and appeared to be in fear of her life" told police that her "ex-boyfriend won't leave me alone."

Police asked Baldwin if he kicked the door. Baldwin allegedly told police, "I kicked the door but did not break the windows." Baldwin was placed under arrest and Secret Service Director Joseph Clancy ordered his security clearance suspended and placed Baldwin on administrative leave.

Baldwin appeared in DC Superior Court Tuesday for a status hearing just hours before he was killed.

Hmmm.

Very bad behavior for a any Secret Service personnel.

That agency has gone rapidly down hill under Obama...pathetically so.

Him being killed however is even more strange.

Just makes you wonder. Reminiscent of the Clinton years.

Sounds more like a case of violent stalking than burglary.

I think they’re alleging robbery and reporting he was shot multiple times. That’s all I’m getting.

Well, if there’s one agency I couldn’t care less about going down hill under BO, it’s the secret service. I don’t know how they live with themselves.

Arthur Baldwin was shot dead Tuesday in broad daylight.

They say robbery, but given the location, it might be just as likely a drug deal gone wrong. He had just testified that morning, getting the worst charge dropped, so maybe he felt entitled to a little celebration.

Looks like some girl’s loved ones decided to take justice into their own hands. He sounds like the kind of nutter on the downward spiral that ends in murder-suicide.

Sounds like the “scumbag syndrome” in our law enforcement community has crept up all the way to the Secret Service.

What’s “fishy” about it is the reporter deliberately left out the how, where, why. In fact, it is jaw dropping because if this is our President’s guard, every detail needs to be revealed.

It seems obvious that the MSM protects Obama. We can assume from the glaring lack of information that the information would be embarrassing to the Administration. If GWB was in office we’d know the man’s shoe size and underwear preference. In a few days we’d have all his texts and emails.

"I kicked the door but did not break the windows."

Couldn't help it - a tune cranked up in my head...

"I shot the Sheriff, but did not kill the Deputy..."

Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader

PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....

GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!

Donate to FR

Donate to Cruz

Donate to FR

There’s plenty that’s fishy about this. It’s always fishy when someone this close to a POTUS is shot dead.

from the article

"Any inquiries regarding the investigation of this homicide should be directed to Washington Metropolitan Police Department."
