A group called the Henry George School is a land trust group.
A land trust is a mechanism for creeping communist control of entire communities.
One way for land trusts to take over is thru the levying of excessive taxation —at astronomical rates—on ALL unused land, empty buildings or lots, regardless of condition. This is a coercive tactic which forces the owner to forfeit the property.
The first step is to persuade municipalities to levy these higher property tax rates. Be on the lookout for these schemes in your town, and resist them.
Then the land trust persuades the city to turn over the property to the trust, by agreeing to maintain it. This seems especially attractive in neighborhoods plagued with blight, but don’t fall for it. It’s got Agenda 21 all over it.
The old system is for city crews to clean up blight, and a lien is placed against the property. Unpaid liens result in seizure and auction of the property to a private owner, who will repair it and return it to commerce.
It’s a tedious process, but respects private property rights.
It shouldn’t matter if your property sits empty, as long as you maintain it and it causes no problems for the neighbors.

I'm betting his parents live there and they have him all trust-funded. He probably slums it in the city and then retreats to his parent's mansion to become pajama boy.
