The night of Benghazi? He was smoking coke and playing Twister with Reggie.

I think you are on the right track.

I have always believed he was blown away on dope that night.
Probably blown away on pot, coke or crack to the point he was incapacitated and non-functional.

Remember - the only official word or comment ever made about his whereabouts or activities on the night of Benghazi is that "the president was informed".

I saw an interview soebarkah did with some syncophant and he was definitely stoned. Red eyes, distant stare, the whole nine yards. And when his handlers couldn't give a credible account of his whereabouts that night, I realized he was probably there, but so whacked they couldn't let it be known or have someone there leak it that he was unable to handle the crisis because of drug use.

I have long believed Soetoro brought drugs into the White House and on Air Force One..
