What’s worse, that the list is BS or that 72 problem people were hired by DHS?
So, were the San Bernadino terrorists on the no-fly list, or did they swim over here?
The no fly list cannot act as due process because it is secret and you are not told when you are placed on it.
On its face it is unconstitutional.
Well if the government can take away your right to fly on an airplane I don’t see why it can’t take away your gun. The no fly list is as much an abridgment of your civil rights as anything is. Personally I don’t have a problem with denying a gun to people on the no fly list. The real issue is whether the no fly list itself is unconstitutional.
Are those 72 people all virgins by any chance?
Just asking.
“”Constitutional scholars””
Are all “constitutional scholars” created equally??????
People do not have the right to work at airports, or to access secured government or military facilities for that matter, but citizens and legal residents have a constitutional right to bear arms.
That right requires due process to abrogate for any individual, including a right to see the evidence, question witnesses, and have it adjudicated in open court.
Often when I'm impressed with someone's logic I check the byline - and often it's Ed Morrissey... Glad to see you post him Seek...
