No fly list.....buying guns. What am I missing here. Sounds like insane yammering to me. Hello kettle. No fly list, terror watch list? Some of which is arbitrary in the first place. Get on it for whatever reason and good luck getting off.

But it makes sense that 70 of them work at Obama’s Homeland Security?

After 7 years, he still talks like he is on the outside looking in.

Have any of these shooters been on a ‘no fly’ list. It seems like most of them have been flying between here and the Muslim countries w/out any problem.

Next step: put everyone on the no-fly list. Mission accomplished.

It’s insane that they’re still in the country running around free if they’re Muslims under suspicion. Deport them!

The next time this wimp gets on an airplane, make sure it’s a one way ticket and then put him on the terror list to make sure he can’t come back...

The no-fly list should be subject to a due process appeal. It shouldn’t be an end-run to blacklist anyone from gun ownership.
To: rktman
The no fly list is pretty iffy in many respects.
Isn’t the FBI responsible for that list? They also do the NICS checks. Neither is perfect.

Sounds like he’s giving away a secret....that they were on a no-fly list.

There’s probably at least one DOG on the no-fly list!

Most government agencies appear to be insular where no agency talks to the others, so no cross checking would be done?

I always thought that when they did a background check, the FBI guys would check the terrorist no-fly list too. This “loophole” doesn’t need to be closed. Just send the FBI guys a memo advising them to not forget to check the no-fly list also. Geez Barry. This isn’t rocket science. You people are the most incompetent bunch of morons ever to come down the pike.

I’d be fine with this as long as the person is not an American citizen and has been tried and convicted. You cannot take away my Constitutional rights based on suspicion and a made up bureaucratic list.
To: rktman
The No-fly list is unconstitutional as well. Like 99% of everything this administration does.
