Did anybody else notice the driver appears to be signaling with FLASHING of the black SUV headlights in the street-level phone video played repeatedly, I thought first it was a specially installed emergency flasher setup turned on, but after seeing it several times its definitely a MANUAL signal flashing. So if signaling while being hotly pursued by police, Why? Who is the intended recipient?

Who would think to flash headlights in the heat of a chase?? Anybody got an idea?

I NOTICED THAT TOO...

I saw that the SUV slowed down, then suddenly sped up..possibly they were reaching for guns and playing for time, pretending to pull over, putting the flashers on...then stepped on it again and started firing.
