UCC in Oregon is close to a Highway Patrol station. No training situation, just fortunate location. Definitely not a conspiracy situation as I know one patrolman who is now part of the staff.

True on that one the drill was a week before. Still strange. You know the Air Force is doing drills where I live today. I am not a nut. Just don't believe in coincidences.
