Most times, information moves very quickly. By the time LEO could get information out, it has most likely changed. That would only increase your frustration level.
LEO’s still have not told citizens where the shooting started in Colorado. Here, the LEO’s had witness descriptions hours ago. Those descriptions should be released to the public forthwith. If descriptions change the news media is a phone call away.
