No, by lower prices I mean the amount that you pay at the check stand in the store for vegetables. By lower prices, I also mean the amount that you pay in restaurants and hotels. In Spanish, the verb (infinitive) for pay is pagar.

I would be willing to pay more in order to restore our legal system and require that employers hire only people who are legally here and allowed to work.
