China has YUGE! coal seam fires that produce plenty of CO2 plant fertilizer.
More per year than all the gasoline burned in US cars and light trucks.

Obama will suggest that a huge condom be fitted over Mt. Pinatubo. It is his only answer other than just commanding the Mt. to erupt no more.
