Iraqi PM: We don't need more US troops to fight ISIS The who do they need troops from? Because the Iraqi army sure isn't capable of fighting their way out of a wet paper bag much less beating ISIS.

Did John McCain just make a fool of himself again? Yes he did, it's what he excels at. But I think this is just al-Abadi saying that American troops would get in the way of the Iraqis handing over the weapons to ISIS
