Ya, well...I wouldnt get too excited. The FBI et al are simply as corrupt as the rest of DC. I would expect them to expend much time and money to let the issue finally wind down. Then it can be quietly dismissed. The federal police only prosecute the unprotected political classes.
The FBI has passed themselves off as heroic guardians of law enforcement and we've paid so very, very much money to them that I just don't think they want this to be the straw that broke the camel's back.
