Why would we want to shatter the Russian economy? What have they done to us, besides start destruction of ISIS when we “say” we are for that exact thing. Why is war always the answer, whether it be economic, cold or hot? How about let our corporations figure things out themselves? There is only one reason to “go hot” on another nation, that is because to not do so means we as a nation could perish.

InfoWars is the source, and they cite a CNN report and also a Russian source which is protesting and saying Turkey has no right, to which a Turkish source that said the country is "authorized to close the Straits to all foreign warships in wartime or when it was threatened by aggression."

So consider this suspect source, to be sure:

TURKEY BLOCKADES RUSSIAN SHIPPING, BLACK SEA FLEET COMPLETELY CUT OFF

Must NOT support the EVIL Alex Jones! He thinks World War III has already started. And he doesn’t believe that two airplanes hitting two towers could bring down seven buildings! Silly man! ;-)

I’m looking at ships transiting close to Istanbul and I’m seeing RU Russian ships moving.

Map of Black Sea

Bosporus Strait

It's a matter of terminology. When you look at the map of the Black Sea, you see Sevastopol, and to the left and down is Istanbul, astride the Bosporus Strait. Sevastopol is home to the Russian Black Sea Fleet. The BSF is central to Russian military and political doctrine, and critical to economic trade. Closing the Bosporus Strait effectively turns the Black Sea into nothing more than a large lake to the Russians as it closes off access to the Aegean Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and most critically, the Atlantic Ocean. To Russia, this constitutes an act of war.

Thanks for that info :)

I’ve never seen anything from the SuperStation95 source before. If the moderator thinks its a garbage article from a garbage source, then I would tend to agree with him.

Another article was just posted, and the reliability of the information is unknown to me. But here's the link:

I think that’s a cut and paste. Clicking the link at the bottom of the page at “Critical Observer World News” leads to the publisher’s Facebook page :-)

I hadn’t thought of that. You’re right. That makes sense...I’m wondering too, that there may be behind the close door deals with ISIS since they’re going after Assad, still they chop off the head of Americans.

In short, another stellar “deal” by the Hillary, Kerry, Obama team.

You should do a little research, then post your theory officially here, as you’re the first person to suggest this.

Russia, IRan and the Assad regime are the only forces that are giving the ancient Christians in the middle east a chance to survive. Why would we want to stop that?

“...Russia has effectively imposed a no-fly zone over Syria.”

What and they did not even go in front of the UN and get permission?

Vlad is fighting this war to kick some jihadi arse and not just waste some ordinance on a few mud huts.

The Turks better behave because the Bear is stomping around in their area and they want some blood.

There’s a lot out there on this.

Here’s another thought. The one thing that can really hurt this black market oil trade of ISIS is for the price of oil to go down. The Keystone Pipeline would take years to develop, BUT PASSING THIS WOULD HAVE AN IMMEDIATE EFFECT ON THE PRICE OF OIL.

IOWs Obama has done hat he can to allow the ISIS oil trade to flourish under the disquise that ISIS is better left alone, so they can go after ASSAD and also to some extent neurtralize IRAN’s influence in Iraq.

What a pure Cluster you know what. Obama on the political side pretends to be going after ISIS, when he himself is approving the bombing sites, and a good number of our bombs are not dropped.

It seems like ISIS in turn has stopped the execution of Americans which was politically an embarrassment to Obama.

It all makes sense now.
