Obama demanding that other contries seal their borders!?
No. He just wants it to look like he and Erdogan will seal the borders to keep out terrorists and oil smugglers. They have no intention of doing so, just want it to look like they are.
Obama tells Turkey to do it, Turkey starts working on it. Meanwhile new routes and new tankers will be set up to continue business as usual.
