Clinton's plan to increase the federal government's spending on infrastructure by $275 billion over the next five years will be fully paid for by changing how businesses are taxed, a campaign aide said, without providing any details.

Wow, I wonder if they'll be lowered?

$275 billion over the next five years will be tuned to $2.75 trillion after the election.

The country is falling apart and we have a hundred million on welfare and they think that another FDR type of works program is the best idea.

Imagine getting Hoover Dam built (or any of the other successful projects of the 1930's)? How long would they spend in court protecting the snail darter or some such critter.
