Ah...picture on the upper right from the link you posted. It’s a tiny PV solar panel and a small array of thin PV modules on the ground for a little electricity (Harbor Freight type modules, perhaps?). More charging would have been better with components properly installed including DC breakers and other safety precautions. The wood heater so close to the back looks a little spooky, too (see stovepipe). Vented, thermostatic, catalytic heaters running on propane are better for RVs and the like.
