I will give up my license to practice before I do anything that violates my conscience or faith. One cannot be forced to do anything. If one values one’s license over their morals or faith, I pity them.

Oh, surely not since you constantly brag about your "title"
and how now bragged about how much money you make. It's fun being
superior, isn't it? Maybe when you get assaulted you can flash your
fancy title at the bad guys. They'll probably throw money and respect
at you.. unlike the untitled serfs and underlings that you despise.

Besides, if they require random things unrelated to the safe and effective practice of your profession as a prerequisite to their grant of the “privilege” do so, they forfeit their authority to issue “licenses”, and you have no ethical need to obtain their permission to practice.
