Under the rules....once you get notified with the judge’s slip...you are supposed to do house arrest on your own. If you fail that instruction...they bring out the electronic gear to monitor you. And if you fail that....they just take you into the local station until you realize the error of your behavior. They are trying to be as civil and polite about this as possible....but they aren’t kidding.
There is a chance in 90 days that it will extend for another 90 days....in case anyone was wondering.
One should also note that they can do a house search without any judge being involved. That was also part of the emergency law.
Giving away their freedom for security. Not a decent trade. In fact, that’s a really bad trade.
The deal should have been “Kick out all the muslims, and let no more in.” Period. “Also, give us back our guns.”
Recently watched the series “Spirals” [Gears] about French law enforcement/prosecution and French law [Code-Napoleon] is MUCH MUCH different than English common law and the U.S. legal system.
How long before Obama tries to do such here????
