I.e., he didn’t say ALL MUSLIMS WITHIN THE US need to be registered; he referred to the ‘refugees,’ and who really cares about a nasty NYT reporter, disabled or not?

Yes, anything critical of Trump has to be the "GOPe", doesn't it? Trump is not a conservative - quite the opposite - therefore conservatives are generally going to be critical of his candidacy. That's reality. Trump puts on a good show and unfortunately that's apparently what a substantial number of voters want - a good show - doesn't matter how liberal he is on numerous issues.
