The House has jurisdiction over this question, not the courts. Given that they allowed the usurper to take power on January 20, 2009, I doubt that they would object to a patriotic American restoring the Office of the Presidency.

If people would just read what the document say, it reveals that if a person is born .. anywhere .. but their mother is AN AMERICAN CITIZEN .. the child is automatically an American Citizen.
Otherwise .. all our military families who are stationed overseas would be subject to having their child become a citizen of another country .. even if they were born on an American Base.
Therefore, SENATOR CRUZ IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN .. BECAUSE HIS MOTHER WAS STILL AN NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, even though she was working in Canada at the time.
WHEN IS THIS IDOICY GOING TO STOP ..???????????????
Of course, Grayson is just using this as an excuse to fool the “dumbed-down” youth .. who do not have a clue what the Constitution says, because the left doesn’t teach that in school anymore.

He won't be the only one. Last year I predicted that Democrats would come out of the woodwork to file such lawsuits. I also pointed out that they don't even have to win them to wreck his election chances.
All they have to do is put doubt in the minds of the American People, and it will heavily damage his election prospects.

Grayson is a fool, but this is deliberate and the lawsuit will be filed, at the behest of the DNC! This is their strategy if Cruz gets the nomination. That will gum up the works and postpone the election or force SCOTUS to rule, a la 2000. It’s called revenge. Since he has revealed their dirty trick, I suggest Cruz and his supporters get Congress to rule other wise, NOW.
