Because either :
1) They’re trying to gather HARD EVIDENCE
2) They want to know MORE about his co-conspirators and who they are corresponding with.
3) These folks they are tracking have not done anything (yet).

I don’t see anything in the article that states if they’re non-citizens or if they spent time in ISIS land. If either is the case, why the heck are they free? It should be free room and board....at Guantanamo.

Hell, I thought there was at least 15 to 25 thousand of them here. Now I feel much more safe knowing that the FBI has now found 48 of them and is watching them for us and if they bomb and kill they will be there to get them after about 12-24 hours of the killings.
Arresting them will be difficult because they have to very safe not to step on their rights....especially where black lives matter.
Now, ask the question....really! Why the hell don’t they do something with them BEFORE they kill and maim? I think we know the answer.

Are they living next door? Are they shopping at the same mall I do? Which bars, casinos and strip joints do they frequent?
Tell me again why known Islamic radicals are allowed to stay in our country?
Has anyone asked Coats how he feels about 100,000 new Syrian refuges coming here.. and what that will do to the FBI's ability to protect us?
