Well at least he will deport them. His “plan” is to enforce existing law. Which as president he is authorized to do. No new legislation is required. So it is not a “touch back amnesty”. It is ENFORCING THE LAW. Do you have a problem with enforcing existing immigration law?
Trump's written plan of enforcing existing law (similar to Cruz's plan) is good. His written plan is not a touchback amnesty.
It's when he speaks, and he says that he will deport and then expedite the good ones back, that sounds like a touchback amnesty.
