Anyone who predicts Rubeo anywhere on any ticket is a frickin’ idiot.

I mentioned that he would destroy her in a debate and win the election if he gets the nomination.

another FReeper said he and the debate would be boring. I find him so appealing and moving.

I guess it’s just tastes.

Plus alot of people who would NEVER had voted for Trump a year ago have put Cruz second.

I’m one of those who wouldn’t have voted for him a year ago.

I’ll pull the lever for Trump and roll the dice if he wins the primary. He puts America first for a change and is unapologeticly patriotic plus I’d get to see his hot wife more :)

But Cruz first.

ok. From the article: “Donald Trump inherited money and ran a family business: never in his life did he have to persuade shareholders”

From a simple google search, as well as common knowledge, “Donald Trump’s self-described net worth was $200 million in 1982.” His father was worth 200 to 300 million at his death. Trump was not an only child. He did not inherit all that

Maybe I don’t “really know economics”, but 9 billion is more that 200
Million by a lot. I keep reading that Trump inherited his money

From wiki: “Mobile-friendly - The will of Trump’s father, who died in 1999, divided an estate estimated at $250 –$300 million equally among his four children...” In 1999

His father died at 93 years old. Trump was 53 years old when his father died. Trump created a lot of business and property in NY in the early 80’s twenty years before his father died. It has nothing to do with his father’s wealth

Trump went to Wharton. It’s not like the way BO or even W went to school, not Ted Kennedy, either, and that is an ugly story itself. Wharton is a competitive business school. I know guys that got through it. This journalist should do a little research. Just ninth grade level

This is so idiotic

200 million in 1999 to 9 billion in 15 years?

My eyes hurt with this

People are so stupid

Get a decent argument going. Or just get used to it. Ted Cruz is great. But no one can beat Hillary who is not willing able and ready to do sandlot politics at all times with her, congress, the edit, the donors and win. And do it in a winning, better way than they do

Read this article. It is completely idiotic and illogical. That is what is running our country. Cruz won’t get ahead of tgat

Here’s the brief. No one who tries, at any time, to as much as dream of reasoning with these people, people who would support Hillary or any country destroying occupier of what was once the democrat party, will ever win the presidency as the GOP nominee

These people must be completely ignored. Anyone at thanksgiving who endured blather about Hillary and put up with non verbal accusations of being Archie bunker’s caricature image, and ignored it with a smile and a quiet change of subject gets what I’m saying

They are done running the country. Period

No permission needs to be sought. Whoever wants it must go from 47% will never support him and just go

Cruz will seek permission and try to go after them with reason He’ll never win them and will lose the base while doing it like all the others before

It’s the troll guarded bridge King Arthur gets the victory by simply putting the troll in his place. Anyone following Arthur gets ahead but Arthur gets the win by refusing to respect him as anything more than he is

Predicting Rubio disqualifies the entire list which is mostly BS anyway. This adulation of Cruz is embarrassing as he is nothing like depicted.

I want to see a Trump/Cruz ticket.

Trump is a manager. He'll pick the right people, and give them responsibility.

As Vice-President, Cruz is President of the Senate. He should be given responsibility for overhauling the Congress. Whip them into shape.

After 8 years of Trump, I'd like to see 8 years of a Cruz Presidency. With 16 years in the Executive branch. Cruz can undo a lot of damage done by Obama, Clinton and Carter.

In my very humble and uneducated opinion there is ONE reason to vote for CRUZ that is both hugh and series and no one seems to mention.

It’s the SUPREME COURT!
We have had generations of SC justices appointed by career politicians who had not one tenth the constitutional knowledge of Ted Cruz.

If we want our country back, and I am sure we do, we need to spend as much time targeting the Supreme Court as we do Congress and the White House.

How many times have people here bitched and complained about SCOTUS rulings?
I know several times I have thrown ash trays over some reality bending by SCOTUS. Ya feel me John Roberts?!

Cruz would be much less likely to hang us with a Roberts.
He can read a court brief and understand each sides argument as well as why the judge gave the rulings they did.

If the next President serves two terms that person will appoint two, possibly three justices to the SC.
Pray Ginsberg manages to snooze through till inauguration day!

This country began it’s hard left turn when the liberals began to dominate the Supreme Court.
That is the ONLY way we will get it back short of open insurrection.

Great article. Cruz’ ability to leverage his superior intellect to slash up an opponent’s argument is a priceless commodity.

Because he’s a Constitutional Conservative is more than enough reason but I’ll also vote for him because he doesn’t lie and always does what he says he’ll do.

My Man Ted is better, at this time, as a VP.
He could completely re-structure the power and force of what a CAPABLE VP can do and perform wonders in a senate fight over SCOTUS nominations.

Only The Donald has the BALLS to get to the White House.
And BIG BALLS one will need to beat the Harridan Shrew.

Another thing . . .
Lawsuits will be a’flyin’ if the Pubbies put up two folks who may not meet the NBC constitutional requirement.
D Bag Congress Critter Grayson from FL has already brought up his intentions.

A Cruz/Rubio ticket reminds me of the Reagan/Bush ticket. Great guy on the top of the ticket, second rate veep. It may turn out this way and it worked well for Reagan’s eight years. The problem is it left the GOP with a second rate candidate after Reagan left office. Given recent history the veep certainly isn’t likely to win after 8 years of an incumbent — the reason it’s beyond utterly foolish to suggest that a Trump/Cruz ticket would be great because Cruz would take office after eight years of Trump — but Rubio as veep leaves the GOP being led again by GOPe. It puts us back to where we started.
