No doubt in my mind. Obama is most likely feeding the intel to the rebels including ISIS. The French and Russians would do well to keep Obama out of the loop as much as possible.

Once the Russians have their S-400 missiles set up in northern Syria, they will no longer need to bother telling anyone what their intentions are regarding aerial operations.
