I do not agree with comment that USA is eating Putin’s lunch. Not sure where that came from. But USA aligning with Kurds and NOT the “rebels” going after Assad is the better option. For now Putin is doing our work, so we are in common cause temporarily. This tactic by the way is not Obama’s preferred course. I think he bowed to pressure from Pentagon and world opinion.
Not sure where that came from.It's really very simple. Putin is in Syria bombing ISIS for Assad to regain territory, but instead USA has the Kurds taking those places.
Ergo, USA is eating Putin's lunch because you know Putin (and his sock puppet Assad) is not happy about that. Just like someone eating his lunch.
