There is no constitutional rights for non-citizens regarding the second amendment.
And included in the Democrat definition of ‘suspected terrorist’ is anyone who attempts to purchase a firearm for any reason.
Simple plan. 1)Remove the right for anyone on the list. 2) Put everyone on the list.

I’ve heard too, that if you are on a watch list, you are not able to find out why you are on the list. There are no specific criteria, and no explanations given. You will run into brick walls if you try to determine why you are on the list and whether a mistake was made putting you on the list.

Turn to page 7 of the GAO report/testimony before Congress. The FBI during a firearms instant check, reviews the Terrorist Watch list and other documents when determining if an individual can purchase a firearm. If a person is on the Terrorist Watch list, information is collected for an FBI field agent to investigate.
Sounds like good police work to me. A guy (or gal) on a Terrorist watch list who isn't an illegal alien or who can meet one of the exemptions allowed under question 12 of ATF Form 4473 purchases a firearm. An FBI field agent goes out and investigates and finds the person actually lied or illegally purchased the firearm. It isn't entrapment, its just checking up on potential bad guys and seeing if they have done anything wrong.
