Biscuits with anything sounds good. But I’m not going to the store to get some. I don’t get out on the streets on Black Friday because the people around here are nuts. Just getting there and back is an “adventure”.
But the hankering is there and I’ll probably venture out tomorrow to get some. We have two big jars of this year’s honey that’ll taste mighty good with them. Yum.
I have some huckleberry honey here and that is mighty fine with biscuits and butter.

I haven’t tried huckleberry honey. Good stuff, huh?
Ours is clover honey. A friend has a couple of hives set up at our farm and we have a field we don’t mow all that often so the clover can grow for the bees. Splendid honey and he sells it as fast as he can get it in the jars. He gives us a couple of big jars each year.
There could be a little huckleberry mixed in since there are a couple of trees on the farm. And who knows what else is mixed in? The combination pleases, in any case.
We’ll venture out this evening for our weekly Friday night out with friends. Things will calm down by then. Looking at the clock, I guess I need to hop in the shower so there’ll be hot water for Hubby when he’s ready. Don’t want him grumbling about a cold shower!
