There are two important points.
1) Demographics— I heard Rush the other day who said Trump was appealing to voters across a lot of demographic sectors which is why the democrats are terrified of him.
2) Trump has always, always said that in making deals he likes to get the lion’s share of the money. Trump and his consiglieri Michael Cohen know there is a billion bucks at RNC central he can get his mitts on. There is no doubt that he is setting his sights on that billion or more as part of the negotiations of surrender of the RNC to Trump. With the nomination the donors are going to throw money at the RNC in hopes of getting a crumb from Trump. The billion will be there and probably 2 billion for Trump to carpet bomb Hillary.
La Guardia had it, so did Teddy Roosevelt. Is it a NYC thing? Maybe, maybe not.
Remember the political old saw about who do you want to have a beer/coffee/whatever with? Trump has that and in spades !
Those poor “donors” — all that money and no one to buy.
While the establishment frets over “Plan A”, let me advise them to admit defeat.
They are up against a man who cannot be bought.
All of the candidates are streetwalkers and the moneybags “Establishment” are “Johns” elbowing for position.
Rove was on MSNBC-DC this morning hinting at just this.
He is on a major rehab mission of his own brand.

Herself is not an unknown quantity. There have been plenty of exposures of the inner workings, and a sufficient number of times when what was behind the curtain was revealed in all its nakedness, so an objective assessment of the very unfitness of Herself leaves nothing up for debate.
Herself is a twisted and badly damaged specimen, no way capable of running a PTA meeting, let alone a nation. Disingenuous to the extreme, Herself cannot focus for more than moments on what it REALLY takes to keep the ducks in a row, so to speak. But Herself is great at creating stampedes, and the resulting chaos, then defying anybody to pick up after her.
