I don't know what the deal is, but it looks ridiculous. If you Google "Obama riding his bike" you should find it easily. There is no shortage of ridiculous pictures of Obama doing silly things. And there are probably more pictures of him riding bikes and golfing than there are of him being the president and doing his job.
