Blocking international waterway is casus belli. Turks would not dare. Again, if Russia retaliates, NATO can not invoke Chapter 5. So, no point in doing it.

Russian FM advised Russians to stay away from Turkey, probably to prevent hostage situations after the payback. IMHO, this will not end well for Turkey.
