I sit in my car quite often when I first get home and text or talk on my cell. It’s just something I do. Not subversive or anything. Was that all the evidence, that and an unlocked door? So normalcy is suspicious now?
The phone business wouldn't seem particularly abnormal in these days of cell phones and texting if we didn't know his wife was dying a hideous death inside. It's just creepy mostly because we know. Otherwise is it normal to talk on the cell or go in the house first to smile and greet one's spouse/family making sure everything is all right?
In this case, it seems like it wouldn't have made any difference in saving her life, the time lost, but she was inside half naked bleeding out.
I don't generally see the worst at the beginning of some cases like some people do. About half thought he did it right away. Then they were talking about some of the things he would say in videos. So I hadn't yet seen the videos and didn't see anything unusual about what he was quoted as saying by the media.
Later looking at photos of the two of them together, I wonder a lot of things. Firstly, you can tell she adores him. Him reciprocating to that extent, not so sure. They admitted to some kind of marriage counselling in one of the videos on yt (didn't watch them all). Then what was their source of income? How could they afford a nice house like that and his going to the gym every morning? That church they founded, how could it have generated enough for the life style they lived? Not cushy but solid, taking time out for getaways, etc.
Maybe the parents helped them. We know her father was an established Baptist preacher in Indianapolis. Didn't see anything about his background.
They are still investigating, presumably centered on the perps we know about. Meanwhile he has made quite a few appearances in the media. Is that normal for a grieving husband? He just comes across as self-centered, egotistical, basking in her love and support and giving little in return. Lots more was suspected about the relationship by others. I guess it's none of our business but they put a lot of their lives out there that were nobody's business either.
