Ballot challenges are frequent and sometimes perfunctory, this was much ado about nothing, chance of a major candidate getting thrown off was zero.
Under New Hampshire law the Ballot Commission does not have the authority to determine eligibility. Essentially they can only determine if the forms were filled out correctly and the filing fee paid.
