Considering that the Obama administration defines refugees as people "persecuted by their government," most of those coming into the U.S. either aided or at least sympathized with the jihad against Assad (even if they only revealed their true colors when the time was right)."

There are plenty of different factions in Syria. Not all of those in the majority Sunni community who opposed Assad sympathize with a religiously-motivated jihad against him. I'm not sure how that should affect our refugee policy, but you should get up to speed on the various factions.

There is no “refugee policy”. The Muslims from Syria ARE NOT refugees. They are Jihadists.

The many factions are Jihadists. There are some who claim to be “moderate secularists” when they want American arms and funds but soon after they become radical Jihadists again.

Muslim “refugees” in Europe regularly kill and oppress Christians whenever they get the chance.
