You don’t win wars by telling the enemy when and where you plan to attack them. The element of surprise is the key to victories but of course, odumbo would never intentionally kill any “Muslimes”. Personally I would come over the mountains with guns a blazing until all of them were dead.
There is value in telling an enemy that it’s about to be bombed. If doing so let’s them know there’s not a damn thing they can do about it.
But that works on rational enemies, who are susceptable to demoralization. Fundamentalist Muslims are anything but.
